AquaGlow Glass Pet Water Fountain, 2L

Directions say change filter every 2 weeks. After 3 days the water is filthy, but the blue light makes it appear clean. Can't return if it's used. Don't waste your money! This dirty water will make your cat sick. One out of 2 of my cats refuses to drink out of it and the other will only drink from it when I clean it and it's fresh. Back to the daily fresh bowl!

Truthfully I like this at first but I was sceptical because the set up is kind of a pain with there being a little piece that needs to snap in where the cord motor comes out. Well plastic scrapped over the sharp metal I feared it scraping off pieces of plastic until it wears and doesn't seal right. Well I am 2 months in with this and what was once a quiet machine now had annoying trickles and drips. I have to keep a small towel under part of it to keep water from dripping and driving me crazy. If the towel is pulled out from under it, it immediately starts dripping (slow at first and then constant after a few minutes). On a plus side I do comend that the filters do well and when I clean there hasn't been any build up in the motor which is the only reason I still have it.

In the past, I have not had good luck with automatic water bowls
I like this one because you can see through it and see the water level and the blue light in the bowl is pleasing.
I started to have issues with too much water dripping down around the edges and becoming loud. I reached out to Customer Service and they gave me instructions on how to reduce the water flow.
I’m glad to say it is now working beautifully and my cats absolutely are drinking more water with using this automatic water bowl. I am very pleased with my purchase and the customer service.
