W5 WiFi Automatic Feeder for 2 Pets

I bought my feeder close to a year ago on Amazon and it started having issues and would not dispense food anymore. I reached out to the company to see if they could help fix my issue, they promptly responded and needed to send me a replacement which arrived on its expected date.
I have 2 cats and this feeder is helpful in making sure they get fed but are not eating too much throughout the day.

Worked great for about 8 months. Now I can’t get it to connect to the wifi. I’ve tried everything.

I purchased this unit to feed our two cats while we were away on vacation. We have a neighbor that will come in a check on them throughout the week but we wanted to make sure that they were being fed on time (yes they are seriously spoiled!). I have put this into operation for about 10 days now and it is performing as I needed it to. It took me a little time determining how to program it. Now that I have, it's super simple.
