I bought this fountain after having one that was very fussy to maintain. I'm so happy that one broke! I got the stainless steel one because my one boy is prone to teenage acne. He has also had surgery for urinary problems and needs to be encouraged to drink water. This does the trick! And I'm happy there are 3 positions for the water flow. The picky boy likes just the gurgling flow and that's fine because I have 2 very happy boys. Thank you for such a fine, reasonably priced product.
I've been looking for a water fountain for my cats that was stainless steel because they are durable and safe for my pets. It keeps my cats' water clean. The filter definitely helps as well. They love their new water bowl, pretty obsessed with it! Overall, it is a great purchase.
Shipment was speedy. Although I kind of felt like I might have received a returned fountain. When I took it out of the box part of it was already assembled. Not a huge deal but I noticed the lights only work around half of the fountain. Other than that my cats love it. I'll keep it regardless because it is serving it's purpose.
