We all love this water fountain and the customer service was wonderful. The plug adapter broke recently and I was sent a replacement within days.
I got this in 2021 and it’s a great investment! My cats and dog all drink from it. I did a ton of searching because some of the cats like running faucets and some don’t, and I wanted them to have access to water even if the power was out. This one has a deep bowl and three different drinking options all at once (bowl, bubble, and small stream from top to bottom). I recently had to contact the company because the dog chewed up the filter holder when I took it apart to clean and I didn’t see where to get a replacement. They responded quickly, let me order just that part, shipped it promptly, and followed up to make sure there were no problems!
And every part is easily replaceable so they never have to live without it!
I've had this ceramic water fountain bowl for many years now and my cat loves it. It's her go to for drinking although she still uses the water bowl I leave out as well.
I especially wanted to leave a review because of the excellent customer service I always receive from ipettie.com (thank you Elsa!). I've had to contact them over the years a couple of times for replacements to the motor and/or the filter holder. They always do a great job of facilitating these one off type purchases. Good customer service is sometimes rare, but not with this company.
