Pump Issues
It took only 4 months for the pump to completely stop working. Didn’t have any issues prior to this. For the price it should definitely last longer… don’t want to have to replace a pump every 4 months or so.

No adapter, doesn’t work, poor customer service
Neither the power adapter nor a power cable are included, although you must have one of these to use the fountain. The fact you have to supply your own to use the fountain is not disclosed on the product page.

Soil gnats are no longer a problem
Saucer space is not enough for soil gnats to get in there. I really like that I don't have to worry about that anymore
