Donut 6-meal Automatic Pet Feeder

This feeder is a great product and is designed really well. It's great that you can set the time(s) according to a feeding schedule. This company also provides wonderful service and communication.

The set up can be intimidating. If they haven’t already, they need a user video for set up and changes. I do like that my neighbor kid can feed my two cats (2 feeders) while I’m on vacation. The frequent small feedings also reduced the number of barfs from them. I also cut out some 2” foam as a base to help with the feeding angle for less barfs.

My IPettie automatic feeder stopped working soon after my purchase. I followed direction that came with the unit and contacted IPettie. The staff were extremely responsive and sent a replacement unit without any prompting. They also kept us posted along the way and checked in after the replacement arrived to ensure we were happy with the replacement unit.

The customer service is too notch!

An absolute nightmare . Instructions are incomprehensible - there could not have been a native speaker of English involved in writing them - and they don't even tell you how to find or change the battery. And it's simply not true that it serves 6 meals. The first is not saved & served - it's available and eaten by the pet immediately. Only 5 meals are concealed for later automatic serving. The ice packs last for a only a few hours, so the machine is not good for much longer than that, surely not for days. If you leave it for your pet for days, the stench from the wet food is terrible. Such a disappointment. Sigh.

Hard to review something I haven't received. It said shipped like the day after I ordered it but then nothing updated in tracking for a week, now it says label created UPS awaiting item. They said they sent another one. We'll see, but I'm really not happy.
