I just bought this item and set it up this evening for my small dog. The food is Hill's Science Diet puppy and is a very small kibble. I have tried to dispense five servings and it continues to jam on two or three. Pretty disappointed that right out of the gate this feeder is causing issue. I purchased it off Amazon and may need to return for a refund.

This machine has been a live safer for us. We rescue two kittens that wanted to wake us up in the middle of the night to get feed. Now I can easy schedule times thru the day so they can get meals or small snacks. The app is super easy to use and to set up. You can also manually feed them too in case you forgot to set up a time with just one click you feed them. It’s really secure so they can’t get their food from the container (even though
They have tried lol) the water container is amazing too because it gets filled up by itself once they drink part of it. So far both are loving it and us too.
This is a great larger Auto Feeder and Water Dispenser with very large storage for both food and water, good features, and easy setup.
The unit came apart and went back together for cleaning pretty easily. Setup was straight forward thanks to the clear instructions. The app features the ability to feed on demand, or feed on a schedule which was easy to setup. It has a reminder for replacing the desiccant pouch on the food side, has a Child Lock, and the ability to toggle both the signal and ambient light on or off. It also provides power info, indicating if it's attached to AC power or if it's using Battery power. It logs feedings in the app so you can check to be sure it's working properly.
The water tank is very big, everything works just as expected and the bowls are easy to remove for cleaning. I really like this feeder, and the options it has. I'd definitely recommend it!
